It’s been less than a month since I’ve been to the lovely city of Sibiu after a couple of days with the nice folks of IAA YP and here I find myself again, for a new first: the meeting of the local online community – #hmeet
What started off as a regular tweet/blog meet turned out to be a cozy personal networking event with some very nice little surprises and overall quite good presentations.
I got the chance to get back in touch with a couple of onliners and meet quite a lot of new ones – most of them with a lot of immediate potential. Most likely I’ll be working with some of these people in the near future.
As I deal with reputation every day I have a pretty keen eye on personal branding and I noticed that some of the people within the online communities are starting to do this as right as one can – and doing it constantly.
Enough said, these are people that I want to meet and have a chat with at least a couple of times a year.
And as I got a taste for these sort of meetings, from both a personal and professional point of view I’ll be in Timisoara on the 9th of April for a similar meeting.

I love meeting new people and since Twitter is one of the tools that allow for faster interaction, communities built around twitter are getting bigger (and better) much faster. And most of these people are quite interesting so I enjoy meeting with them, no matter where they meet.
By the way, tweettrekker sounds quite cool. Mind if I use the term sometimes?
